At Tripura Trade Agency, we value customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility.

Items can be returned within 07 working days from the date of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Certain items such as customized products, perishable goods, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process.

Once your return is approved, items must be sent to or dropped off at our store address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds.

After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days via the original payment method or store credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
