Welcome to Tripura Trade Agency. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Pricing.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and fair pricing. Prices may change without prior notice and the price at the time of purchase is final.

2. Orders & Payment.

Orders are subject to stock availability. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept Phone- Pe, Paytm, G- Pay & Bharat pe. 

3. Shipping & Delivery.

Orders are usually dispatched within 02 working days. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

4. Returns & Refunds.

Returns are accepted within 07 days with a valid receipt and if items are unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 05- 07 Business days. Certain items like custom or perishable goods may not be eligible.

5. Warranty & Liability.

Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse or external causes.

6. Privacy.

Customer information is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share personal data without consent.

7. Updates.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
