1. Delivery Coverage.

We currently offer shipping to the town of Agartala. For remote locations, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Dispatch Time.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Bulk or custom orders may take longer to process.

3. Shipping Methods & Charges.

We use trusted courier and transport partners for delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or included in the invoice.

Free shipping may be offered on select orders or above a certain value.

4. Delivery Time.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

Delays due to weather, transport issues, or holidays are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

For transport-based deliveries, basic dispatch information will be provided.

6. Damaged or Missing Items.

Please check your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
